1. Acceptance of Terms
   (a) By continuing to use this Website or by confirming acceptance electronically where available, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payments
   (a) Payment for Services ("Service Fee") can be made via:

• Debit/Credit Card

• Afterpay (if available)

(c) You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred due to failed or denied payments.

(d) We reserve the right to adjust Service Fees with reasonable notice provided before services commence.

(e) Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• If cancelled with at least 2 business days’ notice: Full refund.

• If cancelled with less than 2 business days’ notice: Refund minus $30 cancellation fee.

• Cancellation Fee represents a genuine pre-estimate of administrative costs.

(f) Refunds may be issued solely at our discretion for reasons outside your misuse or breach of these Terms.

5. Governing Law
